Why should I buy from you and what is 100% Total Security Guarantee?

Simply put, since we are the direct vendor of each and every single account we sell, any recalls or security issues from our accounts are highly unlikely. No other company in the industry can lay claim to the Total Security Guarantee, because all other sites depend on brokering accounts from individual sellers, which carries an inherit high risk of account recalls.

Who are you guys?

DirectMMO.com got it's humbling start in 1999 in a basement and garage in the Pacific Northwest. As a supplier, we supplied EverQuest game currency and accounts to several upstart sites at the time when the online gaming market was still in its infancy. With our support as the premier supplier in the market, all of these sites have developed into very successful and well known properties today.

Since then, we also have grown to become one of the most trusted and relied upon backend suppliers of all major account selling/currency selling sites for games such as FFXI, WoW, AoC, Warhammer, and EQ/EQ2.

In November of 2008, we launched DirectMMO.com to bring you the quality of service and security that major selling sites have come to have expect from their suppliers, directly to you, the gamer.

How do I purchase an account on DirectMMO.com?

Step 1. Browse the accounts via our home page. We recommend checking out our promotional deals for the best value. We also recommend you to use the search function to look for any specific accounts such as ones on a specific server, or a specific class, race, or level.

Step 2. Click buy now on the account you want to purchase. Enter a valid email address. And choose a checkout option. We use Paypal or Google Checkout.  

Step 3. Once you have checked out and completed payment, sit back and relax! Your account should be delivered to your email within minutes.

How long does it take to receive my account after I paid?

Most orders will be validated by phone and processed within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. You will receive your account information via email. You are always welcome to visit our Live Help to follow up on your order status.

What is the refund/exchange policy?

Once our system confirms your payment and account information is sent to you, the order is considered complete. All sales are final and are strictly non-refundable.

A one time no-fee exchange to an account of equal or lesser value is available to you within the first 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with the account you received; only if the initial account is returned with all items and gold in place. If you have transferred the character to another server, an exchange will not be granted under any circumstances.

Do you take trade ins / Can I sell you my account?

Since we are not an account broker, we do not take trade-ins or purchase your WoW accounts.

How come I never received any emails after I purchased?

When we complete your order, you will receive 2 separate emails.  The first email is your receipt.  The second email contains the account information.  Sometimes mail services may block our emails when we attempt to deliver your account information.  This occurs less than 0.5% of the time.  Please check the Junk/Spam mail folder as sometimes they may have been directed there. If you still do not see any emails from us, please contact us via Live Help, email, or phone right away.

I would like to receive the full information (SQA, contact info) for the account. How do I get it?

To prevent fraud, accounts are delivered via Instant Delivery will only consist of the login name and password only. This is sufficient for access into the game as well as allowing you to pay any subscriptions and/or transfer the character to another server on the same account. In the event you would like the secret question answer and full contact information on the account, they may be requested after 30 days of purchase via Live Help or emailing accountrelease@directmmo.com.   Alternatively if you wish to receive it earlier than 30 days, you may request it through a Live Help agent by emailing in a scanned copy of your Photo ID.  

Can I transfer the character to another server?

Yes. You may use the credit card paid transfer service to transfer your character to another server of your choosing immediately once you received the login name and password. This is supported only if you are transferring the character to the same account you were given.

Can I transfer the character to another account I have created?

When you purchase an account via DirectMMO, the account delivered to you is already on a new account made by us.  There is no need to transfer to another account since there were no previous owner attached and there is a 0% risk of recall.  Secondly, you may also request the full CD Keys to the account you received after 30 days, or receive it earlier than 30 days by sending us your photo ID.  However, if you would still like to transfer the character to another account of your creation, please see our Live Help agents for instructions on how to do so.

Will you call me for voice verification?

If you are a first time customer, we may call you the first time you make a purchase.  Most order do NOT require a voice verification.

However, the decision to request a phone verification is based on several factors such as the price of the purchase, your IP address, address, and/or name used on the purchase and payment.  This is done to reduce the risk of fraud.  If your order is selected for voice verification, you will receive an instant email as soon as the purchase is made to make you aware that we will be calling.  If you cannot receive a phone call, please contact our Live Help agents to let us know.  We will at that time request a copy of your photo ID as proof of verification.

I sent payment through paypal, but I have not recieved the account information. What is happening?

PayPal may at times (rarely) put a payment on hold for up to 24 hours while the payment is being reviewed.  You will receive a notification from us when this has occurred via email.  We will contact you once again once the restriction is lifted and deliver your account.  If you have any questions while this process is going on, please don't hesitate to contact us via email, Live Help, or phone.
